These services raise awareness, prepare for and optimize the first 90 days in a new role, to the benefit of the leader, their stakeholders and the wider organization. We hear from our clients that our approach combines the right mix of consulting-style method, data, insights and points of view to help leaders and their stakeholders to get an edge in planning, together with executive coaching to help ready for and achieve key performance and personal goals, and to sustain these on-going.
