At amber2go, we offer holistic, bespoke and high impact management consulting, executive coaching and wellbeing services combined, to individual leaders and their teams around the world to optimize the first 90 days in role. Also known as accelerated transition. In summary, smart preparation and execution during the first 90 days can build a strong platform for longer term success, get the leader to operational effectiveness faster, build the confidence of the leader and their key stakeholders earlier. Our approach is holistic. Our approach is bespoke. In other words, whilst its based on best-practice models and techniques, its configured for you and your situation. First, you’ll choose your Coach based on your chemistry with them. They will be your point-person throughout your relationship with amber2go. Depending what you’ve selected in terms of services from amber2go, your Coach will also integrate the various amber2go colleagues/ expertise in a way which is pragmatic and impactful, and suits your preferred way of working.
